Delivery policy

We only deliver within the United Kingdom (UK). All orders are placed through our website and processed immediately upon payment confirmation.

Orders placed before 14:00 on business days are usually processed on the same day.
Orders placed after this time, at weekends or on public holidays, are processed the next business day.
The standard order processing time is 1-2 business days. During this period, your order will be checked, assembled and prepared for shipment.
Once the order has been transferred to the delivery service, you will receive a separate notification.

Delivery times

The average delivery time after dispatch is 6-8 business days.
You should receive your order within 7-10 business days of placing your order.

Shipment tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to check the delivery status and current location of your parcel at any time.
If you have not received your tracking number within three business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

Shipping costs

Delivery attempt and recipient address

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct.
Please check the postcode, house number and contact details carefully before confirming your order.
If the parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or the recipient being absent, the delivery service may make a second attempt or send the parcel to a storage facility in accordance with their policy.
