Payment Policy

We have organised the payment process for orders to be as straightforward, quick and secure as possible for the buyer. All payments go through verified payment systems and are processed automatically once an order has been placed.

Currency of payment

All prices on the website are quoted in British pounds.
The total order amount is always displayed before payment confirmation.
If your bank uses a different currency, it is possible that your bank will automatically convert the amount at its internal exchange rate.

Payment confirmation and processing

Payment is debited immediately after an order is placed.
Orders are only processed after successful payment confirmation.
After payment, you will receive a confirmation email.

Payment security

We do not store bank card details and have no access to them.
Payment processing is carried out by certified payment operators using SSL encryption. 
We will never ask you for card details via email, chat or phone.

Transaction verification and fraud protection

For customer safety, some orders may undergo additional automatic verification.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel an order if we detect any suspicious activity.
