Returns and exchanges
When shopping online, clear and fair return policies are important, and we understand this. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in accordance with the conditions described below.
Return period
You can submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for returning goods
For a return to be accepted, the goods must:
- show no signs of use;
- contain the original packaging, inserts and accessories.
Cancelling an order before shipment
You can cancel your order within two hours of placing it.
If you are unsure about your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will manually check the order status.
Return shipping costs
For standard returns (i.e. if the item does not meet your expectations in terms of characteristics, colour, size or other factors), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we have received your return, we will inspect the goods. If the conditions are met, we will process the refund.
The standard processing time is up to 10 working days after the return is received by the warehouse.
Refunds are made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
The time it takes for the funds to be credited to your account depends on your bank or payment provider. If you have not received the refund within 10 days of us confirming receipt of the return, please contact us.
We recommend using tracked shipping, as you are responsible for the return shipment until it is received by our warehouse.
